The Titan 4 Folding Mobility Scooter comes standard with a luxurious Com-Fort-Fit seat with Memory Foam to keep you comfy during those all-day outings. Flip-up armrests are included. All your personal items will fit in the large rear basket that comes standard with the Titan 4. Not only will you enjoy a smoother ride for up to 6.8 mph, but you'll also enjoy one of the most comfortable rides any folding scooter can offer. The Titan's 4-point seat structure provides more stability than a center post seat when driving on inclines or uneven terrain. This design also provides more stability for easy, stable transfers. This heavy-duty folding scooter is ideal for outdoor use. With large 13' rear tires, 3.9' ground clearance, and full suspension, this robust folding scooter was designed to perform well on steep hills and off the beaten path. Powerful 26AH SLA batteries offer an impressive 15.5 miles per charge! The Titan's battery packs are located in the back over the back wheels and are easily removed by simply lifting up.

This warranty only applies to parts that are mandatory for operating the scooter.Tzora will cover, free of charge, any defected part which was identified by one of our authorized maintenance & service companies, after examination.

**SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY (FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE).

This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:

• Plastic Shrouds• Color fixing• Motor Brushes• Upholstery and Seating• Brake Pads• Tires and Tubes• Fuses/Bulbs• Circumstances beyond the control of Tzora• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Tzora.• Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Tzora Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:

• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence

• Battery fluid spillage or leakage

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:

This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.

All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.

Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.

Delivery and service fees are not refundable.

Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.

An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.

Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
