Designed specifically for people who love to travel the Jazzy Carbon features an ultralight but extremely strong carbon fiber frame and is able to fold quickly and easily for transport or storage, making it an ideal travel companion. Enjoy the freedom of being able to take spontaneous trips whenever you want with the new Carbon power wheelchair. The light and removable lithium battery is airline compliant and most importantly reliable. Go where you want, when you want with the mobility support you need to enjoy your travels to the fullest with the Jazzy Carbon.

The Jazzy Power Chairs from Pride Mobility are well known for their industry-leading quality and performance, and the Jazzy Carbon is no exception. Thanks to a per-charge travel range of over 9 miles, you won’t have to cut your trips short. To ensure a smooth ride the Carbon is equipped with a front suspension and solid 8.5-inch drive wheels. The regenerative and electromechanical braking system recovers a portion of the kinetic energy used in braking and uses it to charge your battery. Despite having an extremely lightweight frame, the Jazzy Carbon can easily accommodate users up to 300 pounds while traveling at a top speed of 3.7 miles per hour.

The comfortable padded seat back features a convenient storage pocket. An under-seat storage bag comes standard with each Jazzy Carbon. For added comfort, while you ride upgrade your seat to include the Stealth Simplicity® Cushion Kit. You can also purchase an additional battery pack to bring with you just in case you feel like being out a little longer. At only four pounds the battery is light enough and small enough to easily fit in a bag or backpack.

From the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

12-Month Warranty - Lithium Ion Batteries
The batteries are covered by a separate for one (1) year warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.

Note: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

  • ABD Plastic Shrouds
  • Brake Pads
  • Motor Brushers
  • Tires and Tubes
  • Upholstery and Seating
  • Fuses/Bulbs
Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products.

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:

  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Battery fluid spillage or leakage
  • Commercial use or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, operation, maintenance, or storage

Note: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via UPS or FedEx.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
