From the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

12-Month Warranty - Lithium Ion Batteries
The batteries are covered by a separate for one (1) year warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.

Note: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear, including:

ABD Plastic Shrouds
Brake Pads
Motor Brushers
Tires and Tubes
Upholstery and Seating
Fuses/Bulbs

Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products.

Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:

This item has a 20% Restocking Fee

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.

All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.

Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.

Delivery and service fees are not refundable.

Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.

An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.

Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
