Strongback Ergonomic Manual Wheelchair

Strongback Manual Wheelchairs feature a distinctive and innovative design that sets them apart from other manual wheelchairs. The patented frame-integrated posture support system aligns with the natural curvature of the spine to facilitate proper posture when sitting. The Strongback 24 has 24-inch rear wheels and comes with either a medium 18-inch wide seat or a larger 20-inch wide seat. Optional attendant brakes are available with both seat sizes. The wheelchair’s rear axle has three position settings. This allows you to adjust the wheelchair’s center of gravity and maneuverability. Strongback 22S is also available with or without attendant brakes. This model has a smaller frame that sits lower to the ground and has a sixteen-inch seat.

If you are looking for an extra comfortable manual wheelchair, the Strongback 24 Flip is a great choice. The flip-back armrests offer additional flexibility of use and make it easier to transfer in and out of the wheelchair. Weighing just 25.8 lbs., this wheelchair has 24-inch rear wheels and a medium 18-inch wide seat. Like all Strongback wheelchairs, it is easy to store and transport. Once folded, it only measures 29x14x29.5 inches and will fit in almost any vehicle trunk or backseat. Warranty

Warranty

The frame of your NEW Strongback Mobility wheelchair is guaranteed for 2 years against defects in manufacturing and materials. The seat, footrests, and other auxiliary parts are guaranteed for 12 months. The warranty does not cover defects or deterioration due to normal wear or damage due to misuse, alteration, tampering, negligence, accidents, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Strongback Mobility. This warranty does NOT apply to used wheelchair purchases or third-party Amazon reseller purchases.

All warranty claims must have a return authorization number.

Please Note: Dealer purchasers must return to the place of purchase to submit a warranty claim.

Please make sure ALL questions and pictures requested are included to help expedite the process or delays may occur. If Strongback Mobility determines that it is a faulty part and you are within the 12-month time frame, Strongback Mobility will send you a replacement part free of charge. If Strongback Mobility determines that it is a faulty frame and you are within the 2-year warranty time frame, you will be given the choice of a new chair if ordered through this StrongbackMobility.com, or a full refund. It is important to remember that warranty claim shipments to our warehouse will only be accepted with prior authorization. Please DO NOT SEND your chair to Strongback Mobility LLC without a return authorization. Any returns received by our warehouse without an issued return authorization will be ineligible for a STRONGBACK refund and will be returned to you at your expense. If, after inspection, the product is deemed defective, it will be replaced free of charge or you will be issued a full refund. The inspection process usually takes 7-10 days after the product reaches the warehouse.
