AccessMat® Beach Accessibility Mats have been specifically developed for use in permanent or temporary recreation access applications. AccessMat® is a portable and removable rollout access route that can be used in a multitude of applications for individuals of all abilities (pedestrians and wheelchairs access), as well as strollers, and more particularly in beach environments.

Hotels & Resorts, Counties, Cities, Towns, National & State Parks, other government and non-profit organizations officials, as well as any individual willing to increase accessibility to their beaches should consider providing our ABA/ADA/OADA beach compliant AccessMat® system to comply with the Architectural Barriers Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.

Warranty

Warranty

A five (5) years limited warranty shall be provided from the date of invoice. Should the AccessMat® non-woven fabric fail within the first five years of use, the mat will be replaced or repaired by the product supplier. Cosmetic imperfections at production, cosmetic issues, and wear due to normal usage are not considered a defect in material or workmanship. Damage caused by vandalism or vehicular usage (other than that which the product is intended for use) shall not be included in this warranty. Aluminum connectors have a five (5) years warranty. Other accessories are not covered under any warranty.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet or via FedEx/UPS. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
