Hi-Riser Changing bench from Smirthwaite

Hi-Riser is an electrically operated wall-mounted changing table that is suitable for children and adults of up to 440 lbs. Despite its robust structure, it features a slimline design that ensures it fits easily into most environments. The Hi-Riser has been designed so that it can be used with most mobile or ceiling hoists. The unique safety side rail stows away, streamlining access for transfers from a wheelchair, shower, and toileting chair. The Hi-Riser also benefits from an impressive travel range of 24 inches in height. The Hi-Riser comes in multiple sizes that cater from young children through to adults and is available in a cream powder-coated frame for dry-rooms or stainless steel frame for bathrooms (not suitable for direct water contact).

Warranty

Smirthwaite warrants the products detailed on your order to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of delivery.

The warranty excludes faults due to accident, neglect, misuse, not following the Instructions and normal wear and tear. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. A charge may be made where the goods cannot be repaired under the warranty. You will be advised before this is made.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
