Five (5) year from the date of purchase on all structural frame components; Seat post, seat rail, slide mechanisms, triple trees, trail arm.

1-Year Limited Warranty

One (1) Year from date of purchase, if any part or electronic components, material and/or workmanship are found defective upon inspection. Top Mobility will replace at our own discretion.

Batteries; Covered under a one (1) year warranty if found defective due to manufacturer failure after the purchase of the Mobility Device.

Labor and Service calls: Labor and service calls are covered under Top Mobility, only if, submitted at the time of purchase for the Mobility Device.

Labor/Service will need to be submitted by a professional technician either appointed by Top Mobility or at an approved local repair facility.

Shipping:

Top Mobility will provide shipping on all warranty parts for the first year of the warranty.

After the first year of the warranty the consumer will be subjected to shipping fees under Top Mobility’s shipping rates, Domestic and International.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty is only provided to the original purchaser.

The warranty exclusions for Top Mobility’s Mobility Devices are as follows

  • Excessive wear and tear on the electronic components, such as; water damage, accidental dropping, excessive abuse.
  • Working on the Mobility device without authorization approved by Top Mobility or the Manufacturer of the device.
  • Any manipulation performed on the scooter frame or frame components.
  • Wear and Tear items: Fabric seat and/or armrests, All body plastic/metal painted and unpainted, Tire rubber, LED or Halogen light bulbs.

Service Exclusions:

In the event that Top Mobility provides a service technician due to a warranty claim and the warranty claim is of Non-Warranty specifications, (i.e…)

  • Adjustment of the mobility device
  • Tire pressure adjustment
  • Scratches or damage caused by the consumer
  • Accessory installation
  • Setup of the mobility device without purchase of white glove service
  • Over charging of battery causing (swelling or leaking)
