Let the stress of the day melt away with the new VivaLift! Ultra Power Lift Chair. The VivaLift Ultra is the latest from Pride Mobility and is packed with unbeatable features. The Ultra is a true infinite position lift chair. With the exclusive VivaLift! Tilt technology you can take your comfort further than ever by pivoting at the rear of the chair which elevates the front of the seat, just like a rocking chair. This raises the user's legs above the heart providing a remarkably comfortable zero-gravity experience. The Ultra PLR-4955 is available in small, medium, or large and four standard Capriccio fabric options: cappuccino, dove, slate, and smoke.

Pride pulled out all the stops with the Ultra. Holding true to its name, the Ultra PLR-955 stands apart from other power recliners by having true infinite positioning and all the features you could ever want. The armrests contain a hideaway cupholder and a USB charging port for you phone or tablet. An all-new air bladder massage system soothes your aches and pains away with gentle pressure and has three intensity settings. The Ultra also features a relaxing heat system with three pads located in the shoulder, lumbar, and seat sections. The controls for the heat and massage systems are located on the inner part of the armrest.

Lifetime Warranty

Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame. Pride warrants that the lift and scissor mechanisms and lift frame on your lift chair will be free from defects under normal use and that service is available for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This lifetime warranty covers the lift and scissor mechanisms against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.

NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the lift and scissor mechanism, scissor(s) or lift frame that may be defective from workmanship. Misuse and/or abuse are excluded from warranty.

7-Year Pro-rated Limited Warranty

For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.

Shipping / Returns

This unit is delivered via common LTL carrier on a pallet. This will be left curbside for standard delivery. Some carriers schedule delivery appointments.

The following conditions apply:
  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • The product must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from Top Mobility must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
